🔄 Return Policy

Most items sold by DAS Universe are collectibles. That means:

🚫 All sales are final on used, limited-run, vintage, or unsealed Funko Pops (Funko Pops do not come factory-sealed, and are considered opened by design).

✅ Returns are only accepted on brand new, unopened items
If a game or collectible arrives still sealed (factory wrap, sticker seal, or boxed seal), you may qualify for a return if:

  • The item is brand new & unopened

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • It comes back in original packaging

  • It is unopened and free of buyer-caused damage

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us first with your order number

  2. Wait for approval

  3. Ship the item back at your expense

  4. Refunds are issued after we receive & inspect the item

🔍 Refund Rules

⚠️ We cannot refund items that are:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Damaged in return transit due to poor packing

  • Not in original condition

No exceptions — if it comes back opened or damaged, you will not be refunded.

We move fast. We ship secure. But we’re not Amazon — these are collectibles, not mass retail goods.
